1. We are focused on dental implant placement because today is the most modern therapy. Dental implants are considered the standard and most appropriate care for prosthetic replacement of missing teeth in dentistry.Today the success rate for dental imlants is close to 100percent.Its also guaranties the less invasive and best way to replace missing teeth.
2. We have invested in phosphor plates instead of conventional X-Ray methods to ensure that we have a big enough image resolution combined with the patient's minimum exposure to radiation, both in duration and intensity. Available in four sizes (0,1,2,3), ideal for children and adults. With this method we serve cases where we have to take multiple images from the oral cavity, have to take high resolution images or take the image of a small area of the mouth, and the method is even suitable for use in children.
3. The dental clinic is equipped with all modern dental equipment and devices (digital intraoral X-ray machine, exfoliation ultrasound, electronic pulse vitality tester, powered endodontic device, intraoral camera, tooth canal locating device).

Dental implants
Dental imlants are in the meanwhile a reliable solution to replace missing teeth.The whole procedure of placing dental implants that serves to hold a replacement tooth or bridge, is scientifically documented and recommended as the most appropriate therapy in cases of missing teeth.The surgical procedure is quite simple and the successrate is above 98 percent.The dental clinic has over 15 years experience in dental implantology covering the complete procedure from dental extraction, implant placement to prosthetic restoration using the most reliable biomaterials and implants applying the latest and most innovative surgical methods.
Single implant
In the case of one missing tooth the placement of a dental implant acts as the replacement root of the missing tooth and provides great stability for a single crown without effecting or grinding the nearby teeth as it occurs in the case of a tooth supported bridge.
Multiple implants
For patients who have lost more than two teeth the placement of two or more implants provides a very stable foundation for a fixed dental bridge, Such an implant supported bridge enables us to avoid the use of removable dentures, that often affect negatively the daily life of the patient.Even in the case of complete toothloss it is possible to provide the patient a fully implant supported fixed bridge by placing at least 4 or more implants in diagnostically chosen strategic positions that allow us to use even a full area fixed restoration replacing all missing teeth.
All on 4
The All on four is a reliable implantation method without the need of bonegrafting, which gives the possibility of applying an immediate fixed prosthetic restoration for the patientthe same day the surgery takes place. The idea of an only 4 implant supported fixed bridge is in use for about two decades. In case of total toothloss in the upper or lower jaw the placement of only 4 implants in prosthetic strategic positions assures stable longterm support for a fixed bridge replacing all teeth in one jaw.This tecnique comes to use when there is no possibility of placing 6 or more implants that are usually required for a fixed full mouth restoration in upper or lower jaw avoiding often needed bonegrafting procedures.The complete procedure becomes this way simpler,less invasive and faster and provides a fixed restoration as final solution.
All on 6
The All on six method is a way to provide the patient a fully implant supported fixed bridge the same day the the implantation takes place positioning six of them.In case of complete toothloss in upper or lower jaw the use of six or more implants as support allows us to place a fixed bridge providing reliable lonterm stability.This way we are able to avoid removable dentures, which often affect negativlely the daily routine of the patient.The mplant positions are presurgically chosen accurately with a DVT or CT scan and placed by Computer Guided Implantion using a surgical drilling guide, giving us the ability to use most effectively the existing bone structure for a safe, fast and minimal invasive surgical procedure. Providing the following upper construction with the most stable support available. The patient is finally rewarded with a perfectly funcional and aesthetic fixed bridge.
Implant attached removable Dentures
In cases where the patient has lost all teeth in one or both jaws the placement of 2 to 4 implants allows the stabilization of a new or even already existing removable denture.It is a perfect solution in cases where more than 4 implants cannot be placed because of bone loss not enabling a fixed bridge to be apllied. For this reason two or four implants will be placed in upper or lower jaw. A removable full denture will be produced and and can be attached on the implants using special locking mechanisms. (locator,ball attachements) resulting in much better stability of the denture improving the wearing comfort immensely for the patient.
Advantages of a implant supported removable denture compared to a fixed bridge:
The implant positions must be chosen exactly presurgically in the diagnostic phase to insure perfect chewing function and occlusion,perfect aesthetics and easy maintainability.

About the Dentist
CV
The dentist Alexander Vucinic is born in 1972 in Germany. He graduated from dental school of ALBERT LUNDWIGS UNIVERSITY Freiburg in 2002.He worked for five years as dentist in a dental polyklinik in Lahr Germany where he continued in specialising in oral surgery,in parodontology,in esthetic dentistry. At the same time he continued his postgraduate studies in dental implantology aquiring the title of dental implantologist from the German society for Implantology DGI, the german akademie APW and DGZMK. He regularly takes part in seminars related to new developments in all areas of dentistry applying the latest therapy methods, materials and instruments to provide the most modern dental services for the patient.

Our modern dental clinic exists since 2009 in Pylaia, Thessaloniki covering the complete area of dentistry.
